Important Service Update from Erica

June 17, 2020 UPDATE

First and foremost I want to express my gratitude for your support of Nature's Wisdom over the years and especially during the past few months. I've been touched by the many kind and loving messages, calls, and texts I've received!

 

Thank you also for your patience as I navigate the logistics of reopening in a way and time that allows me to continue to prioritize the quality of your experience, and of course, your health and safety. Here are some of the ways we will keep each other well:

  • The entire building will be receiving a deep cleaning before I resume appointments, and hard surfaces will be disinfected throughout the day.

  • I ask that we honor each other by wearing face coverings during your appointment as we will be in close contact in an enclosed space. There will be minimal traffic in the building and no group events for a while, so if agreeable to you, the doors can be left open to allow for even greater airflow.

  • The cancellation policy will be rescinded for the time being, and I ask that if you have any symptoms of illness or reason to suspect that you may have been exposed to any contagious illness that you call or text to reschedule. I will do the same and will contact you to reschedule if I or any of my family are symptomatic or have been exposed.

  • I will maintain excellent personal hygiene as has always been the case, and hands will be washed between each client interaction. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the building and there are 4 sinks available for hand washing before and after your appointment.

  • The cloth hand towels in the restrooms will be replaced with paper towels for drying hands for now.

  • All linens are completely changed out after use and properly sanitized in hot water and bleach. This has always been the case, the main change here is that blankets will not be used for most bodywork services. They will now be treated as single use linens if desired.

As we all ease back into in-person interactions, the schedule will be limited and online booking unavailable at this time so that I can reach out individually to the folks who had appointments on the schedule that had to be cancelled due to the mandated shutdown. It will take some time to do this, so I again kindly request your patience. If you know for sure that you are not yet ready, please feel free to send me a message to let me know.

Appointments will be available beginning Monday, July 6 and I'll be seeing clients on Mondays from 2-7 p.m. and Tuesdays from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. for the time being.
