This week has been difficult on many levels for me, but at the end of the day a few lovely gestures that people in my community made had a huge impact.
My mom took my kids to school this morning to allow me some time to myself. A friend and practitioner gave me a little extra attention as I received my own reflexology treatment this morning. A waitress smiled brightly as I picked up my breakfast. Another friend reminded me of a flower remedy that would be supportive.
A client waited in the parking lot to make sure I got to my car safely as I was the last out of the building.
My husband took care of dinner tonight.
These small acts of kindness helped me end my day in a better state than it began, and reminded me that good things happen, every day.
